ENGLISH GARDEN COTTAGE
This is a SMALL totally PRIVATE winterized ONE FLOOR house. It is ideally located right next door on its own 50 x 120 foot lot.
My regular clientele are theater people so you will find it upscale. Everything has been redone so it looks like new on the inside.
The KITCHEN is fully equipped with new full sized appliances including DISHWASHER. Microwave, toaster, kettle, drip coffee perk, glasses, dishes etc. This house is separate and self catering.
The living room with its new sofa is traditional with TV/DVD and stereo radio.
There is a new gas FIREPLACE in the living room, nice if chilly.
This room opens up to the kitchen so it makes it nice for socializing.
The two bedrooms are not large but each has dressers and excellent QUEEN BEDS, with good storage space designed under them. The new bathroom has a tub and a shower.
Linen is supplied. Unlike most cottages there is no need to bring anything but yourselves.
Home laundered linens are dye and perfume free.
